Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Kristie — a personal trainer, nutrition coach, app creator, mom of two, and stepmom to three amazing kids. I’m also lucky enough to work alongside my incredible husband, building a life and business that we truly believe in.
Like many people, my journey hasn’t been perfect. I’ve faced my own health struggles and challenges along the way — the kind that shape you, test you, and ultimately teach you. Because the truth is, we all have our crosses to bear. Mine led me here — to a place where I’m stronger, more grounded, and deeply passionate about helping others feel the same.
Fitness became more than just a routine for me — it became a lifeline. It helped me rebuild, refocus, and rediscover myself. That’s why I approach everything I do with real-life balance in mind. I know what it’s like to juggle kids, work, relationships, and still try to show up for yourself.
Through personal training, nutrition and supplementation, and my fitness app, my goal is to make health feel achievable, supportive, and sustainable — not overwhelming or out of reach.
I also have a love for interior design, creating spaces that feel calm, welcoming, and lived in. Because I truly believe that how we feel in our bodies and in our homes matters.
At the end of the day, I’m just someone who’s walked through challenges, learned a lot along the way, and want to help others feel strong, capable, and confident in their own lives — no matter where they’re starting from.
